What Carriers Do You Use?
We use USPS on all orders unless otherwise specific during checkout. Our carriers of choice are USPS, FedEx, UPS, & DHL. There may be delays in delivery due to COVID-19.
When Will My Order Be Shipped Out?
Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order, excluding major holidays. Items sold that require greater processing times are marked accordingly. Orders placed before by 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (New York) will be shipped the same day. Tracking numbers are provided at time of shipment and you will receive an email stating it has been shipped.
How Long Before I Receive My Order?
We do our best to assure all packages are shipped within their respective times. After we have shipped your item you will receive a confirmation email usually within 48 hours with tracking information and carrier details. Once items are in the carrier's hand we are no longer responsible for any delays in your delivery. You may contact us if you experience any unusual delay in your delivery "after" your expected delivery date.
