Customer Brought Apparel Policy:
Customers may bring their own shirts or garments. However, doing so you agree to our Customer Brought Apparel Policy.
If print errors occur, which happens, we would not be responsible to replace the apparel. During the order you would be invoiced for print, labor, materials and "no garment". We are not responsible for that damaged shirt as stated. We can not guarantee the exact brand or apparel color that was damaged. Therefore, if you do bring your own apparel you would have to supply minimum 10% more than your ordered quantity in case of print errors. (i.e. 100 shirts; supply 10 more shirts, 25 shirts; supply 7-8 more shirts). That’s the trade-off and there are no exceptions.
When we supply the shirts, any print errors is replaced from our stock and customer are not charged for damaged shirt because the order was invoiced for print, labor, materials, and the shirt or garment. We hope you understand.
In majority of all cases we can provide better pricing on apparel through our suppliers because we order in bulk. Although, you are more than welcome to bring your own apparel.
Most customers agree and some do not, that’s we will be phasing it out.
