Customer Brought Apparel Policy & Custom Apparel Minimums:
We have diligently worked to accommodate all custom apparel orders for many years.
Due to our influx of custom apparel orders, effective January 1, 2025, there will be a Minimum Order Requirement (MOQ) on all custom apparel of 12 pcs. Also, customer supplied apparel will no longer be accepted.
Custom apparel applies to DTF (Direct to Film), DTG (Direct to Garment, Sublimation, and HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl).
The 12-piece minimum applies to t-shirts, polos, sweatshirts/hoodies, activewear, outerwear, bottoms, workwear, bags, and accessories (i.e. towels, aprons, gloves scarves, etc.).
Our 12-piece minimum will exclude embroidery. We will still accept orders of 1 or more pieces for embroidery. However, customer brought apparel for embroidery will be on a case-by-case basis.
As a reminder, we do not screen print. Our full color printing allows us to offer competitive pricing on your custom apparel.
No need to worry! We will continue to uphold our promise to deliver the same high quality, custom apparel you have come to expect. That will not change.
